Pray thy kingdom come

Church Life

Thy Kingdom Come

The Archbishop of Canterbury is encouraging Christians of all denominations to #Pledge2Pray as part of global prayer movement Thy Kingdom Come.

Last year more than 100,000 people joined with the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to pray in the 10 days between Ascension and Pentecost.

We are going to join in by praying continuously for 24 hours from 6pm on Fri 26 May until 6pm on Sat 27 May and we believe that God will change lives because of our prayers - exciting times!

We are a welcoming, vibrant village church of all ages on a journey of Christian faith. We seek to grow deeper in our Christian faith, to care for each other, serve the community and to share the good news of Jesus locally and beyond.

Services are at 10am (traditional) and 4.30pm contemporary (all age, informal, children's groups) refreshments are served from 4.15pm
